NobiliTea® serves a wide variety of tea beverages, as well as lemonade, organic tea and pastries and desserts, which may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, and peanuts. It is NobiliTea's goal to create a safe and memorable experience for all customers, so we ensure that our TEAristas are well-trained in keeping ingredients separate and that our stores utilize quality cleaning and disinfecting practices. However, because common allergens are handled openly in our stores and our hand-crafted beverages and pastry items are prepared, served, and stored using shared equipment, we advise that factors outside of our reasonable control may cause cross-contamination to occur and cannot guarantee that all items served are allergen-free. Some of our items and beverage ingredients may also be processed by our suppliers in conditions where common allergens are present.

Many of our products and beverages also contain natural caffeine. Beverages and items which incorporate VelociTea® energy flavors contain additional caffeine. For healthy adults, the FDA has cited 400 milligrams of caffeine per day as an amount not generally associated with negative side effects. An average serving of NobiliTea's VelociTea® contains 100 milligrams of caffeine.

We encourage all customers with food allergies to notify our TEAristas or manager on duty of any known allergies or caffeine concerns so that we can take any additional steps to protect our customers as best as possible. Please also consult with your physician, registered dietitian or other health professional if you have questions or concerns about potential allergens or caffeine intake.
